Terms and condition
By joining this GALAXY ZFLIP3 Screen Care Card Program (the “Program”), you undertake that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions as follow:
- The customer will be qualified for the Program and the GALAXY ZFLIP3 free Care card (the “Card”) when the customer pre-order the Samsung GALAXY ZFLIP3 (the “Device”) from one of Samsung’s authorized brand shops and sales centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the period from 11 August 2021 up to the 8 September 2021 (“Validity Period”).
- This Card is only available for the Pre-order Offer of the Device.
- The customer must register the Device in order to avail the Program by calling the toll free number of Samsung Customer Service Center and activate his/her Device Screen Care Card account within 30 days from the date of receiving the Device as per the pre-order terms & conditions, knowing that the call center agent employee will ask him/her to provide personal data and insert the serial number / IMEI number of the Device and place and date of purchase. By participating in the Program and activating his/her account, the customer hereby irrevocably agrees to provide his/her personal data to Samsung to avail the Program.
- When calling the toll free the customer will be directed to the specially assigned customer care team to handle remotely (as the case may be) the customer’s case.
- The customer will be benefiting from this Program by only paying the amount of SAR 299.00 (including VAT) when replacing their Device Inner screen damaged.
- This Program covers the inner screen only but not the external screen
- The customer also acknowledges that the Program is only limited for one (1) time and during the first 2 years from the date of receiving the Device, and therefore the later defects/damages in the screen will not be covered by this Program.
- The Customer agrees that if he/she decides to benefit from the Program, he/she accepts the benefits of this program at his/her own risk and understands that all warranties regarding any benefits are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- The Card is offered free and it is nonrefundable and nontransferable and may only be used with the Device registered.
- Samsung will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to end or during the Validity Period.
- By participating in this Program, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Program, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Terms and condition
- This YouTube Premium two (4) month free trial offer (the “Offer”) is open to participants (the “Participant(s)”) in Saudi Arabia who purchase one Samsung Galaxy devices below:
- Galaxy S21 Series
- Galaxy Z Fold 3
- Galaxy Z Flip 3
- The Offer is not available to the Participant who currently have, or have previously had, a subscription or free trial of YouTube Premium (previously YouTube Red), YouTube Music Premium or Google Play Music.
- The Offer must be redeemed within the Offer Period.
- A valid form of payment is required at the sign-up, but the Participant will not be charged until the Offer Period expires.

General Terms
- The Participant understand that Samsung shall not be liable to him/her for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, that he/she may suffer from, or which may arise out of the participation in this Offer or for any other reason whatsoever.
- Samsung shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Offer Period.
- Any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the Participant using the Offer, shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where the Offer takes place, and shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- This promotion (the “Promotion”) consists of an opportunity whereby customers purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S21 series, a Galaxy Z Fold 3 or a Galaxy Z Flip3 (“Devices”) from Samsung brand shops and authorized Samsung retail stores (“Stores”), may be able to obtain a voucher, in a form of an electronic voucher (“Voucher(s)”) consisting of six (6) months free trial to OSN streaming service (the “Service”).
- This Promotion is valid in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt and Saudi Arabia (the “Territory”).
- This Promotion is valid from the 21st of January 2021 up to the 31st of December 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).

- This Promotion is valid in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This Promotion is valid from the 4th of May 2021 up to the 3rd of May 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
- The Voucher is only accessible through the pre-installed Spotify application (“Application”) on the Device.
