Membership Account:

• Every new Jood member will receive a digital account upon joining the program.
• The Jood account will be linked to the member's registered mobile number or email address.
• Jood account credit can only be earned and redeemed while the Jood membership is active.

Existing New Members:

• Existing Jood members will continue enjoying the current discount program until their memberships expire.
• New Jood members will join the Jood Account Credit program.
• Both the Discount and Jood Account Credit programs will continue to operate during the transition period.

Subscription Payment:

• eXtra customers can subscribe to the Jood membership through eXtra stores, extra.com, or the eXtra mobile app in Saudi Arabia.
• Membership is valid for one year from the activation date.

Registration:

Membership Cancellation:

• The membership cannot be cancelled or refunded once the subscription process has been completed.
• Customers will receive an email seven (7) days prior to membership expiry containing a link to renew or upgrade their membership. Customers may also choose auto-renewal.

Membership Categories:

• Jood Blue: Subscription fee of SAR 199 (One Hundred and Ninety-Nine Saudi Riyals), inclusive of VAT.
• Jood Smart: Subscription fee of SAR 399 (Three Hundred and Ninety-Nine Saudi Riyals), inclusive of VAT. Jood Smart is a standalone membership tier with no upgrade or downgrade option.
• Jood Gold: Subscription fee of SAR 599 (Five Hundred and Ninety-Nine Saudi Riyals), inclusive of VAT.

Annual Membership Benefits

1. Jood Account Credit

   Members earn credit on eligible purchases made during the membership period (excluding the products and services listed below), in addition to promo codes provided as special offers to Jood members. Jood Account Credit of up to 15% applies to a maximum annual purchase amount of SAR 50,000 (Only Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals). If the member wishes to apply Jood Credit to additional purchases beyond this limit, he/she may purchase a new membership.
   The following products and services are excluded from earning credit in Jood Account:
   • All Apple products.
   • Products covered under the Saudi High Efficiency Air Conditioner Initiative (SEEC).
   • Smart cards, prepaid recharge cards, gift cards, and similar products.
   • Certain products available exclusively online may not be eligible for cashback. Please refer to the product page to verify cashback eligibility.

2. Family Entertainment Benefits

   JOOD members will receive a complimentary Sparkys card upon subscription.

3. Additional Benefits

   Additional membership benefits include:
   • Extended return and exchange period.
   • Early access to major promotional campaigns.
   • 24/7 remote technical support.

Earning Credit in Jood Account:

• Eligible purchases made using an active Jood membership will earn credit in Jood Account.
• Credit earned will be credited to the member's digital account.
• Credit may vary by product, campaign, or promotion.

Redeeming Jood Account Credit:

• Available credit can be redeemed on eligible future purchases.
• Redemption is subject to the applicable Jood program rules, exclusions, and spending limits.
• Jood credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Jood Account Credit Validity:

• Jood credit may be subject to an expiry period.
• Any unused credit will expire upon the end of its validity period.
• Members may receive reminders before their Jood credit expires.

Membership Renewal:

• Upon renewing or upgrading a Jood membership, any valid unused credit will be carried forward to the new membership, subject to its original expiry date.

Returns & Cancellations:

• If a product purchased using Jood Account credit is cancelled or returned, the credit used will be returned to the member’s Jood Account while retaining its original expiry date.
• If credit was earned from a purchase that is later cancelled or returned, the corresponding credit amount will be deducted from the member’s Jood Account.
• If the Jood Account credit has already been used, the credit amount in the account may be adjusted in accordance with the applicable Jood Program refund policy.
• Customers are only entitled to a refund of the amount they actually paid.

Membership Migration:

• Existing members will migrate to the Jood Account Credit program upon renewing or upgrading their memberships after the launch of the new program.
• Members cannot revert to the previous discount program after migrating to the Jood Account Credit program.

Jood Account Credit Bonus:

• eXtra may, at its sole discretion and approval, add additional credit to a member's account as part of promotional campaigns, customer service recovery, goodwill gestures, or other approved purposes.

Limitations:

• eXtra reserves the right to accept or reject any Jood membership application at its sole discretion.
• Members may not assign, transfer, or share their membership or any of its benefits, including credit promo codes, with or to any other person.
• Membership cannot be upgraded from Jood Blue to Jood Gold on the same day of subscription. Upgrades may only take place after at least 24 hours from the subscription date.
• Jood Smart is a standalone membership tier and cannot be upgraded to or downgraded from another Jood membership tier.
• Certain Jood benefits may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, quantity limits, shipping restrictions, or other eligibility criteria.
• eXtra reserves the right to add, amend, or remove any Jood benefits at its sole discretion.
• This membership is intended for individual customers only.
• Certain products available exclusively online may not be eligible for Jood membership. Please refer to the product page to verify the Jood credit eligibility.

Change of Terms & Conditions:

• eXtra may, at its sole discretion, amend these Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use of extra.com, the Privacy Policy, or any aspect of the membership program, with sufficient prior notice to members.

Termination of Membership by eXtra:

• eXtra may terminate a member's Jood membership at its sole discretion, with the member being notified at the time of termination. If this occurs, the member will receive a refund equivalent to the remaining months of the membership.
• If eXtra terminates a membership due to any breach or violation by the member, eXtra reserves the right not to refund any portion of the membership fee.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the eXtra Jood membership program, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Use of Personal Data:

• The member consents to the processing of their personal data by eXtra in connection with the membership program.

General:

• Jood Account Credit has no cash value and cannot be used outside eXtra nor can it be transferred to another customer.
• eXtra reserves the right to amend the Jood program, account credit rules, eligible products, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Abuse or misuse of the program may result in membership cancellation or credit forfeiture.

Acknowledgment & Approval:

• The member acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions of the eXtra Jood membership program. The general Terms & Conditions of eXtra shall also apply.
